Product Details

1. Clear PS extruded profile which is made of Pure PS material without any scrap material, so the finished profile has the uniform color, and which is the environmentally material. It also can be customized in the different color according to your requirement. It has good property such as Fire-resistant, UV- resistant, Strong enough. Good for both plastic extrusion and injection. The cost of raw material is lower than clear Polycarbonate or Acrylic.

2. This profiles can be fitted well with Aluminum profile or Match with any injection parts.
Widely used on the wall of top hospital bed. Inside is warning lights. Strong enough can not be took down easily by Children by any accident.
Can choose high transparent, or dull light blue color depend on the different light diffuser requirements.

Custom Packing

Standard export carton packing.

With in 2.5m long, we pack plastic profiles in export carton. Longer ones we packed with woven bags as below pictures shown. All inside will be protected with inside PE foam films.

Safe delivery for both container and truck

Before delivery of every order, we will check the packing list first and let customer known.
For container delivery, will calculate by the size of container, usually sure every container is full to keep the plastic goods safe.
