Process

1. Common Raw material

1) NR: high elasticity, good comprehensive physical and mechanical properties.

2) NBR: high oil resistance, wear resistance, anti - aging.

3) EPDM: good anti - aging, anti - ozone, anti - polar liquid.

4) CR: good weather resistance, ozone resistance, thermal resistance and chemical properties.

2. Materials are all SGS approved, have full material specification date sheets to check.

Different softness are available. Can be customized for different shapes and sizes.

3. We do the mold /tool by ourselves also. With in-house tooling, can save much time and cost.

For large production quantity, we can design more than 50 cavities of each mold, also for small testing production, can produce cost-effective testing mold.
