PVC square tube/white upvc window profile/pvc profile for window and door

Raw materials:

PVC resin;Titanium Dioxide;Calcium Carbonate;Stabilizer;other additive.

We choose high quality raw materials to make sure our pvc profiles have high performance.

If you need the PVC profiles with gasket/rubber seal strip,we could using the black PVC granules as followings.

Production process:

1.Mixed the raw materials in the MIXING ROOM.

2.Make the rawing materials be transferred from the MIXING ROOM to the WORKSHOP

3.From left to righ,there are three funnels.In the first one,it's the color granules;In the second one,it's the raw materials;In the third one is the PVC rubber granules.

So this line is producing the color co-extruded PVC profiles with gasket.

4.Cutting part,the length could be adjusted according to export or not.For export it's 5.8m;Not export,it's 6m.

5.Packing:now we use double-decked packing to make sure even though after a long distance,it's still like new one.

6.Put in storage
