Process

1. Design the mold/ tool by 3D drawing of plastic part, IGS, STP, SOLIDWORKS format areall fine.
2.Purchase Standard mold base or customize special mold material.Usually the common injection mold material including “Steel 50, 718H, P20, NAK80 and soon”. Will be adjusted by the actual designing.
3. Produce by designed drawing. Including CNC cutting, milling, EDM, wire cuttingGrinding,Electrode,Polishing, Digging, Coating.... Assembling.
4. Test the mold, make out sample to approve.
