Process

1. Design the mold/ tool by CAD drawing of plastic profile, DWG or 3D format are all fine
2. Prepare mold material. Have many material stock for common ones to save the production time. Usually the common extrusion mold material including “Stainless Steel S3r13. SKD11. DC53,$136 and so on”. Will be adjusted by the actual designing.
3.Produce by designed drawing. Including CNC cutting, milling, EDM, wire cuttingGrinding,Electrode, Polishing, Digging, Coating.., Assembling.
4. Test the mold, make out sample to approve
