Injection mold manufacturing can be roughly divided into the following steps:

2, the mould structure design.


a set of high quality mould, not only need good processing equipment and skilled mold manufacturing workers, another important factor is to have a good mold design, especially for complex mold, mold design quality accounts for more than 80% of the mould quality. An excellent mold design is: on the premise of meet the requirements of the guests, make the processing cost is low, the processing difficulty is small, short processing time.
